That's actually even more horrifying. I'd hate to think Britain was just sending these people out and then just making sad faces when one of them tears down half a city. Couldn't they just keep pouring booze into him until he forgot what it was he wanted to destroy?
I like to think it's less a case of James Bond is how England prefers to do business, and more they just haven't figured out how to stop him yet.
